Rugby League legend Adrian Morley tackles team first mentality

Our senior management team recently gathered for a focused two day Business Strategy Workshop at Salford Roosters Community Rugby League’s ground, reinforcing Evotech’s commitment to both strategic growth and supporting the communities in which we work. 

Held at the Roosters Clubhouse, the grassroots sports club Evotech now sponsors, the event offered a fresh environment to foster open dialogue and innovative thinking. The workshop aimed to review and refine key business areas including strategic planning, leadership development, operational systems, and team cohesion. 

Adding inspiration to the agenda, Rugby League legend and motivational speaker Adrian Morley joined the team for a powerful session on team strategy. Drawing on his celebrated career where he was capped for England and Great Britain 53 times, Adrian spoke about the importance of cohesion, trust, and collaboration, principles that apply as much in business as they do on the pitch.

Back to business as usual, the team are now busy putting these principles into practice and cementing the way forward for sustainable business growth.
