Evotech honoured with prestigious Silver Award in Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

Evotech is delighted to announce that we have recently been recognised with a Silver Award in the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) which reflects the unwavering commitment and support we provide to the Armed Forces community. 

The Employer Recognition Scheme, initiated by the Ministry of Defence, recognises employers who actively promote and support the military community, including serving personnel, veterans, and their families. The scheme celebrates organisations that demonstrate outstanding dedication in employing and assisting those who have served in the Armed Forces, providing them with excellent opportunities and an inclusive working environment. 

Evotech's Silver Award acknowledges the substantial efforts made to engage and support current reservists and former military personnel in the company. 

Receiving this prestigious accolade is testament to Evotech's ongoing dedication to fostering an environment that recognises the unique skills and experiences of veterans and reservists. The company actively works to create employment opportunities and offers support to military personnel transitioning into civilian careers, to ensure a smooth and successful transition process. 

In addition to implementing flexible employment policies, Evotech actively promotes reservist activities and facilitates employee participation in the Reserve Forces.
